Return & Refund Policy
We call it Happy Customer Policy
Returning a product is as easy as buying a product from us. We mean it.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you received you can return the same
for 100% cash refund. Just let us know within 3 days of receiving the package by
calling us at +91-98888-33300 or send an email at
wecare@browsecart.com.
However please ensure that the product is not rendered unsellable and is packed
in its original packing with tags, if any, intact.
Upon receiving the product back, we will inspect the product and package. Once the
returned product is found eligible for refund, your refund will be processed within
10 working days.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel the order anytime before the order status shows processed in your
account at www.browsecart.com. You can
choose to get 100% cash refund or browsecart.com credit voucher.
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept
delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid
Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
